Luis Pereira

Luis Pereira, AICP, currently serves as Housing Project Manager at Aeon since April 2024. Previously, Luis held the role of Planning Director for the City of Saint Paul from October 2018 to April 2024, where responsibilities included leading the Planning Team, managing comprehensive planning processes, and enhancing team performance and professional development. Luis also has experience as Economic Development Manager at Minnesota Housing Partnership and Global Communities, focusing on technical assistance and community projects. Earlier career roles include positions at the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency, City of Saint Paul Department of Planning and Economic Development, and Metropolitan Planning Commission, providing expertise in housing policy, zoning, and economic development. Luis holds a Master's degree in Regional Planning from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Minnesota.
