Andrew O'Callaghan

Andrew O'Callaghan has extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Legal at AerCap since January 2015, focusing on secured and unsecured debt financing, portfolio sales, airline restructurings, and OEM contracts. Prior to this role, Andrew spent over seven years at McCann FitzGerald, initially as a Trainee Solicitor and then as a Solicitor in the aviation practice, advising leasing companies and financial institutions on cross-border financing transactions. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from University College Dublin, earned between 2002 and 2006.
