Kerry Baubie

Kerry Baubie began their career in 1982 as CFO at Katun Corporation, a $360 million (revenue) global company that is the world's largest alternate supplier of replacement parts and supplies for the imaging industry. In this role, they were responsible for general accounting, internal & external audits, investment & debt management, cost accounting, credit & collections, global banking relationships, tax and mergers and acquisition (M&A) activities. In 2004, they took on the role of CFO at 2nd Wind Exercise Equipment, the largest retailer of exercise equipment in the Midwest. Responsibilities included accounting, tax, credit, reporting, banking relationships, systems review, planning and acquisitions. In 2005, they became CFO of Aercor Wireless, Inc., a start-up service company providing secure, reliable wireless solutions to customers for increased availability of critical communication. All accounting activities, financing, bank relationships, taxes, credit, systems review & installation, plus all administrative duties reported to this position.

Kerry Baubie obtained a B.S. in Accounting from Minnesota State University Moorhead between 1975 and 1979. In 1983, they obtained an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business. Kerry also holds a CMA certification from the IMA | Institute of Management Accountants.
