Nadia Keftouna

Nadia KEFTOUNA is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources and legal studies. Currently serving as Coordinatrice RH at Aereco Group since September 2016, Nadia oversees social and legal monitoring, manages various legal analyses, and handles social dossiers, including disciplinary measures and dismissals. Additionally, Nadia contributes to the development of company agreements, provides legal assistance to managers, participates in recruitment processes, and addresses human resources development and communication. Previously, Nadia held HR roles at Entra, GDF SUEZ, and completed a legal internship at AUF. Academically, Nadia has advanced degrees in Human Resource Management, Social Law, and Law from reputable institutions, including IGS-RH and University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
