Rakesh Routhu

Rakesh Routhu has a long and varied work experience. Rakesh started their career in 2009 as Lead Application Specialist at Fujitsu Australia Limited, where they worked on projects for Assist Australia, Australia Post, and France Telecom. In 2011, they moved to REMASYS Pty Ltd as Software Test Manager, where they were responsible for setting up the QA process from scratch. In 2012, they worked as a Test Consultant at Alex Mathews Inc. and as a Consultant at RXP Services Limited, where they implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM for CPA Australia and integrated Mainframes with IBM Sterling for National Australia Bank. In 2015, they were a Summer Intern at bigbasket.com, followed by a Manager - Transitions role at Concentrix in 2016. That same year, they also Co-Founded R2 Robotronics. In 2019, they became COO & Co-Founder of AEROLOGIX, where they were responsible for strategy, people, execution and capital. Finally, in 2022, they became an Affiliate Member of the Tech Council of Australia.

Rakesh Routhu obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Rakesh then completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Faculty of Management Studies - University of Delhi in Marketing and Operations Management from 2014 to 2016. In 2017, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma from Panjab University in Statistics. In 2018, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, and an International Exchange Program from London Business School. Rakesh also holds certifications from the Scrum Alliance, Project Management Institute, and PMstudy, including Certified Scrum Product Owner\u00ae (CSPO\u00ae), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Six Sigma Green Belt.
