Victor Chavez has extensive experience in the digital marketing and e-commerce field. Their most recent role was as the Director of eCommerce & Digital Experience at Aeromexico, where they oversaw the company's digital platforms and implemented strategies to increase sales and enhance the user experience. Prior to this, they held positions such as Head of E-Commerce & Sales Technology, SR E-commerce Strategy Manager, and Performance Marketing Manager for E-Commerce at Aeromexico.

Before joining Aeromexico, Victor worked at IPG Mediabrands as a Digital Planning Manager & Digital Performance Manager for Unilever, where they led digital campaigns and implemented new media technologies. Victor also worked at Havas Media as an Account Executive & Digital Planning Manager for Grupo Modelo, and at Starcom Mediavest Group Mexico as a Traineé & Media Assistant for Coca Cola Bottlers. Throughout their career, Victor has demonstrated a strong focus on performance, analysis, and optimization to achieve business goals.

Victor Chavez has a diverse education history. In 2010, they completed a Marketing Degree at Universidad Tecnológica de México. Victor continued to pursue further education, receiving a Diploma in E-Commerce from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2015 and a Diploma in Data Science for Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2017. In 2018, Victor obtained a Diploma in Marketing advanced analytics from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. Recently, in 2022, they attended MIT Professional Education and obtained a Digital Transformation Certification. Victor also holds various additional certifications, including Google Analytics, Advanced Display, Advanced Search, and Google Fundamentals from Google, as well as certifications from LinkedIn and IDEO U in topics such as Brand Leadership, Executive Influence, and Human Centered Service Design. Victor is also currently pursuing additional certifications in design and innovation with MITdesignX and communication skills from MIT Professional Education.
