Shane Barrantes

Shane Barrantes has worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Aerospike since April 2022. Prior to this, they were a Software Engineer II at Akamai Technologies starting in August 2019. From May 2018 to August 2019, Shane worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Janrain, Inc. Additionally, Shane worked as an Undergraduate Computational Scientist at the Center for Genome Research and Biocomputing from August 2014 to August 2018. In June 2017, they completed a Software Developer Internship at IBM.

Shane Barrantes attended Oregon State University from 2013 to 2017 where they studied Computer Science. Shane did not obtain a degree in this field. In March of 2019, they obtained a certification in Amazon Web Services Essential Training from LinkedIn.
