CCGT Operations Lead CRO at AES

Bill Noland has a long and varied work experience in the energy sector. Bill started their career at Progress Energy as a Meterman in 2001 and later moved up to the position of Auxiliary Operator and O&M Tech. In 2009, they joined Duke Energy Corporation as a Combine Cycle Operator and O&M Tech, and eventually became a CRO for steam plants and FGD scrubbers. In 2019, they joined ETEC Industrial Services, LLC as a Start-up & Commissioning Operations Tech and CRO, and later became a CCGT Operations Lead and CRO. Most recently, they worked at Black Start, LLC as an Operations Commissioning Specialists and Lead CRO before becoming the Startup and Commissioning Supervisor and Lead Operations and Mechanical Commissioning Specialist. Bill is currently working at The AES Corporation as a CCGT Operations Lead CRO.
