Jose Blando

Jose Blando is an accomplished IT project manager and lead technical recruiter with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Gestor de proyectos IT at AESA since September 2023, Jose has previously held significant roles including Software Project Manager and RC at Grupo Aoniken from February 2016 to September 2023, and Consulting Information Technology Specialist at Teknaria Servicios S.A. from May 2008 to March 2015. Additionally, Jose has been engaged as a Lead Technical Recruiter at Black Label Systems since July 2009. Early in the career, Jose worked in technical support at Teleperformance from November 2007 to May 2008. In terms of education, Jose is pursuing a degree in Ingeniería de sistemas at Universidad de Palermo, expected to be completed in December 2025, and holds an Analista universitario en sistemas degree from the same institution, completed in July 2023. Jose also participated in leadership training at the Escuela de formación de lideres from 2017 to 2019.
