Project Director at AESC

Logan McIndoo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Logan began their career at AG Mechanics class as a Project Leader, overseeing projects involving refining cafeteria cooking oil into clean burning diesel fuel. Logan then gained experience as an Engineering Intern at GE, Lee Company, and Enfinity Engineering.

In 2006, Logan started their own business, All Seasons Lawn Care, where they served as the Owner until 2013. Logan then joined Nissan Motor Corporation as a Process Engineer, responsible for designing and implementing battery manufacturing processes. Logan later advanced to the role of a Process Design Engineer and led cross-functional and cross-national teams to meet business objectives.

Currently, Logan is working at AESC as an Engineering Manager. Logan has also held the positions of Senior Manager - Project Planning and Project Director. With their expertise in project management and engineering, Logan has made significant contributions to the organizations they have worked for.

Logan McIndoo holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Tennessee Technological University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Logan also has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University, completed between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Science (Pre-engineering) from Freed-Hardeman University from 2009 to 2012. Logan completed their high school education at Mt. Juliet High School, earning a High School Diploma from 2006 to 2009.
