Tamir Hovav Svensson has a diverse work experience ranging from roles in the legal field to leadership positions in media companies. Tamir started their career as a lawyer at Cohen, Ashlagi, Eshel law firm from 2008 to 2011, and then worked as a lawyer at Migdal insurance company from 2011 to 2012.

In 2012, Tamir transitioned to the media industry and joined Webpals Group. Tamir held various positions within the company, including SEM campaign manager, SEM team leader, Group Manager, and eventually became the Head of Media. During their time at Webpals Group, they successfully increased revenue and managed large teams, achieving substantial growth in the Media department.

Following their successful tenure at Webpals Group, Tamir joined XLMedia PLC in 2020 as the Chief Of Staff and later became the VP of Casino and Sport for the Europe Division. In their role as VP, they managed a department consisting of teams and team members, overseeing the department's P&L and assets. Tamir also led cross-department initiatives and collaborated with various departments to implement the department's strategic roadmap.

In 2021, Tamir joined Kendago B2C Media as the VP of the products division, before moving forward to their current position as the COO of Aether Media in 2022.

Tamir Hovav Svensson began their education in 2004 at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where they pursued a degree in law. Tamir completed their studies in 2008 and was awarded the title of lawyer. In 2013, they attended a workshop at Webpals specifically focused on online gambling and affiliation, further expanding their knowledge in the field of law. In 2015, Svensson enrolled in a managers course at Lotem, aiming to enhance their managerial skills.
