Rebecca Culjat

VP, Organizational Development at AEVEX Aerospace

Rebecca Culjat is the Vice President of Organizational Development for AEVEX Aerospace and previously advised the Flight Operations Business Unit in a training and leadership coaching capacity. Rebecca provides individual and group training opportunities to enhance the existing skillsets of managers and leaders to drive exceptional team results. With an emphasis on creating cultural alignment to the values and strategic goals of the company, Rebecca supports leaders and teams in designing, implementing, and maintaining initiatives that positively impact people, streamline processes and enhance results.

Rebecca began her career as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving underserved populations and advanced to become the Chief Operating Officer for Novata Behavioral Health, a subsidiary of Mental Health Systems. As she progressed into leadership and executive roles, Rebecca discovered a passion for mentoring, teaching, and training others on communication, motivation, and the creation of high-functioning teams. This passion became the backdrop that inspired her to move beyond the realm of behavioral healthcare organizations and begin training and coaching executive leadership teams.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from UC Davis, a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from UC Davis, and a Master of Arts in Social Work from the University of Southern California. She is also certified by the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and is a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT).
