Pavel Petkevich

Pavel Petkevich has a diverse work experience in software development and engineering management. Pavel is currently the Head of Software Development at Aevi since October 2022. Prior to this, Pavel held the position of Chief Technology Officer at MyAge from May 2022.

Pavel has also worked as a Senior Engineering Manager at Leeaf from June 2021 to March 2023. Before that, they served as a Senior Engineering Manager at SKODA AUTO DigiLab s.r.o., where they managed both the Backend and Android teams. Pavel was responsible for leading and managing developers, reviewing projects, and participating in the hiring process. Pavel held this position from January 2021 to October 2022.

In addition, Pavel has extensive experience as a Kotlin Backend Developer and Senior Android Developer, working as a freelance contractor and also on their own projects. Pavel has contributed to various development projects, including building software, project architecture, and reviewing deliveries for companies. Pavel has been involved in these roles since December 2018 and has continued their work in this field until the present.

Prior to that, Pavel worked as a Senior Android Developer at Inventi LABS from April 2018 to January 2019 and at INVENTI Development from January 2018 to May 2018. Pavel was responsible for developing and maintaining Android applications, reviewing projects, and supporting existing projects.

Pavel started their career as a Software Engineer at Creative Bakery in March 2016 and also worked as an Android and Database Developer at Development On The Edge from February 2015 to February 2016.

From 2002 to 2013, they attended Dialog High School, where they obtained a High School degree with a focus on in-depth language studies.

In 2013, Pavel attended Charles University for an Intensive Czech course and preparatory studies for IT university. During this time, they focused on Czech Language and Literature.

From 2014 to 2018, Pavel pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology at the University of Pardubice.

In addition to their formal education, Pavel obtained certifications. Pavel earned a Czech Language Certificate Exam (CCE) - B2 from Charles University in Prague.
