Claire Pilard

Claire Pilard is the Head of Human Resources for AEW in Europe. Claire is based in Paris and is primarily responsible for European Human Resources operations at AEW. She partners with AEW leaders to foster a diverse and inclusive work culture where people can engage in exciting career development opportunities. Claire has significant HR experience and prior to joining AEW in 2019 she was the HR Business Partner at AXA Investment Managers, where she was responsible for the Real Assets division in France and Benelux. Prior to AXA, Claire worked in the HR division at Chubb in Paris. Claire holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development and Communication from Celsa - Paris IV Sorbonne.
