Xavier De Saqui De Sannes

Xavier de Saqui de Sannes is Head of Institutional Asset Management in France. He manages a team of 70 and oversees the creation and implementation of business plans across the portfolio in France on behalf of AEW’s institutional clients. This includes asset management, development, renovation, leasing and disposals, as well as sustainable development and asset valuation. Xavier has over 30 years’ experience having held positions at Invesco Real Estate as Senior Director Asset Management France & Belgium, DTZ Asset Management as Senior Asset Manager and CapGemini Conseil as Managing Consultant. During his career Xavier has led on both asset management initiatives whilst also advising senior management teams on acquisitions and financing. Xavier holds an MBA from HEC and is graduated from ISG.
