Yvonne de la Rosa-Flores

Yvonne De La Rosa-Flores, MBA, currently serves as the Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management at Soarion Credit Union since October 2022, having previously held roles as AVP Compliance & Risk Management and Director of Compliance and Risk Management within the same organization. Prior experience includes a tenure at Credit Human from January 2015 to October 2022 as Legislative and Senior Compliance Analyst, where Yvonne led the Regulatory and Legislative Affairs Advocacy Program and managed the department's budget. Earlier career experience includes serving as the Corporate/Government Relations Officer at SACU from December 2003 to January 2014, responsible for supporting C-level executives and overseeing charitable contributions. Yvonne holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word and a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Merchandising from the same institution.
