Dr. Syukri Sudari

Dr. Syukri Sudari has extensive experience in human resources and administration. Dr. Syukri currently serves as the Group Chief People Officer for Affin Bank Group and as a Board Member for HRDF - Human Resources Development Fund Malaysia. Previously, they held the role of Chief People Officer - General Insurance at AXA Affin Insurance, where they were responsible for various HR functions such as strategy, performance management, recruitment, and talent management. Before that, they served as the Group General Manager for Human Resources & Administration at PJBUMI Bhd (PJSB) and as the Group Manager for Human Resources at PJS Industries Sdn Berhad. Dr. Syukri started their career as a Management Trainee at Permodalan Nasional Bhd. During their career, Dr. Sudari has demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, administration, talent management, and quality management systems.

Dr. Syukri Sudari holds a Doctor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Asia e University. Dr. Syukri obtained this degree, though the specific years are unknown. Dr. Syukri also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Human Sciences - Political Science at the International Islamic University Malaysia from 1992 to 1996.

In addition to their formal education, Dr. Sudari has obtained several certifications. These include "Big Data in the Age of AI," "Creative Thinking," "Digital Transformation," "HR and Digital Transformation," and "Learning Python," all from LinkedIn in February 2020. Dr. Syukri also holds a certification as a "Certified Practitioner Human-Centered Design" from LUMA Institute, obtained in December 2019. Furthermore, they are accredited as a "Human Synergistics LSI/GSI Accredited Practitioner" by Human Synergistics, which they attained in December 2014. Lastly, they have completed the "Quality Management System Auditor/Lead Auditor Training - ETRS" from the International Register of Certificated Auditors in March 2000.
