Lynn Helfrich

Lynn Helfrich has extensive experience in program management and customer experience, currently serving as Vice President, Program Management and Customer Experience at Affinity, a position held since April 2016. Prior roles at Affinity include Senior Director and Director of Program Management. Lynn's career began at Bank of Boston, where contributions included roles such as Distribution Strategy Consultant and Assistant VP in Retail Banking. Additionally, Lynn held director and management positions at Aramark Uniform Services from 2000 to 2015. Lynn earned a B.S. in Business Management with a focus on Marketing from Ithaca College.
