Ben Wientge

Ben Wientge, CAPS, NAAEI Faculty, currently serves as a Regional Account Executive at Affinity Waste Solutions since March 2024. Prior to this role, Ben held the position of Senior Sales Advisor at iRestify from March 2023 to March 2024, contributing to enhancing resident experiences and property values for property managers. Ben has extensive experience in property management, having worked as a Senior Property Manager at CARROLL from August 2017 to March 2023, and as an Executive Manager at JMG Realty, Inc. from January 2006 to July 2017. Earlier career roles include positions in leasing and marketing at Fairfield Residential and Alpha-Barnes Real Estate Services. Ben's educational background includes ongoing studies at the University of North Texas since 1998.
