Katrin B.

Katrin B. started their professional career in 2012 as a PHP Web Developer at webway.ru. Katrin was responsible for developing websites on a self-written CMS and providing support for existing projects. During this time, they gained experience with PHP, MySQL, and JQuery, as well as learned about OOP concepts and the basics of the web. Katrin also familiarized herself with MVC architecture and attempted to implement other simple patterns.

In 2013, Katrin worked as a Developer Yii on various web portal projects as a freelancer. Katrin worked on projects from scratch, focusing on creating applications built on ajax requests. Katrin also had the opportunity to create their own CRM on Yii2. Their responsibilities included creation and editing of objects with validation, working with migrations, and site parsing. Katrin also learned about the backbone framework during this time.

From 2014 to 2020, Katrin joined CAURI Payment System as a Developer and later progressed to a Teamlead position. Katrin was responsible for development tasks and led a team.

In 2020, they joined Mail.ru Group as a PHP/Go developer, working until 2021.

Currently, Katrin B. is working as a PHP Senior developer at Affise Performance Marketing Platform. Their role involves developing an API service using PHP and Laravel. Katrin works on search and interaction functionalities for advertisers and affiliates, as well as on the tracking system.

Katrin B. completed their education between 2008 and 2013 at the Russian State University of Innovative Technologies and Entrepreneurship. Katrin obtained a degree specializing in applied informatics in the field of economics, earning the title of Specialist Engineer.
