Nadzeya Liaichonak

Nadzeya Liaichonak has gained extensive work experience in the field of recruitment and HR support. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Project Coordinator at Akhova ptushak Batskaushchyny. In 2014, they joined the Belarusian National Technical University as an Assistant of the Chair and Project Manager. Nadzeya then transitioned to Deloitte in 2016, where they served as a Tax Administrator and Client HR Support until 2018. In the same year, they also began working at UNL IT Solutions as a Junior IT Recruiter and Junior HRM. In 2017, they joined Art2Hire as a Technical Recruiter and Client Manager. Most recently, Nadzeya has been employed at Affise - performance marketing software, where they have held various roles including Technical Recruiter, Lead Technical Recruiter, and currently, Team Lead Recruitment.

Nadzeya Liaichonak attended Belarusian State Pedagogical University Named after Maxim Tank (BSPU) from 2019 to 2021, where they studied practical psychology. Prior to this, Nadzeya was enrolled at Belarusian National Technical University, where they focused on energy efficiency and project management.
