Guy Flenner

Guy Flenner has held several positions in the tech industry since 2005. Guy began their career as a PLM Programmer and Senior CRM Programmer for the Israel Defense Forces. In 2010, they joined Retalix, A Division of NCR Retail, as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2013, they moved to NCR Corporation as a Solutions Architect. In 2014, they joined Seeking Alpha as a Senior Full Stack Developer. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Affogata as the Director Of R&D, where they are responsible for managing team leaders, architects, talent B.E/F.E developers and QAs. Guy is also a Team Lead, delivering end to end solutions with high quality and recruiting, guiding and mentoring multi regional development teams. Their experience includes RoR development, building and maintaining high load distributed systems, and various caching methodologies and services.

Guy Flenner obtained an M.B.A in Business Administration from Ramat-Gan College between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, they earned a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Tel-Hai College between 2002 and 2004.
