Ashish Nikam

Ashish Nikam has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ashish started their career in 2007 as a Sr. Design Engineer at Global Sourcing in Pune. Ashish then joined Affordable Robotic and Automation Pvt. Ltd. in 2009 as a Project Design Manager. After that, they worked at Magna International from 2011 to 2017, initially as an Assistant Program Manager and later as a Senior Assembly Process Engineer. In 2017, they joined Creative Synergies Group as a Projects Lead. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Projects & Design (Automation & Car Parking) at Affordable Robotic and Automation Pvt. Ltd.

Ashish Nikam completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIFEM. Ashish attended NIFEM from 2003 to 2007. After that, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Project Management from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education. Ashish completed their MBA from 2012 to 2014.
