Mike Gates

Mike Gates has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mike is currently the Vice President Global Delivery at Afiniti since May 2021. Prior to that, in 2020, they founded a non-profit called bFRIENDr, which aims to help the homeless through an app they developed. In the same year, they worked at Google as a Conversational AI Architect, leading the delivery of Google's Contact Center AI (CCAI) solution at Verizon. From 2017 to 2019, they served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Product Officer at ALWAYSLIVE. Before that, from 2006 to 2015, they held multiple roles, including Vice President of DevOps and Product Development at Mattersight Corporation. Finally, they started their career at Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services as a Senior Manager from 2001 to 2006.
