Nicholas Dumas

Nicholas Dumas serves as Director - Legal & Regulatory at Aflac Global Investments since October 2019, with previous roles including Vice President and Assistant Vice President in the same department. Prior to Aflac, Nicholas worked at Wells Fargo as Senior Counsel, focusing on commercial lending. Earlier experience includes serving as Banking Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, representing financial institutions in various financing transactions. Nicholas began the legal career as a Summer Associate at Skadden Arps, followed by an externship for Judge Reinhardt in the United States Courts for the Ninth Circuit. Nicholas also held various legislative positions with the US House of Representatives and interned at the US Department of Justice. Academically, Nicholas earned a JD from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and a BA in Political Science and Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
