Diego Barragán

VP of Growth at Aflore

Diego Barragán has a diverse work experience spanning across different companies and roles. Starting in 2015, they co-founded and served as the Head of Business Development at Comercializadora Internacional Disant. In 2017, they worked as a Latam Sales representative at EquipNet, where they played a crucial role in finding customers and putting together deals to sell used equipment. Diego then joined Quala S.A. in 2018, first as a Pre Sales Lead and later as a Sales Lead. At Anheuser-Busch InBev, from 2019 to 2020, they held the position of Regional Sales Supervisor, responsible for executing and fulfilling annual sales plans, leading the implementation of sales programs, and managing key clients. In 2020, Diego became the Tuccán Sales Manager at Frubana. Diego then moved on to MUNI in 2021, where they worked as the Head of Expansion before being promoted to Global Head of Inside Sales and eventually Head of Offline Acquisition. Currently, Diego holds the position of VP of Growth at Aflore, starting in 2023.

Diego Barragán pursued their undergraduate education from 2013 to 2017 at Universidad Santo Tomás, where they earned a degree in International Business. In addition to their formal education, Diego has also obtained several certifications to expand their knowledge and skills. In September 2021, they completed the "Internacionalización para Startups" program from Platzi. Prior to that, in July 2020, they obtained the "Coaching para ventas" certification through LinkedIn. In June 2020, Diego completed two certifications: "Aprende SCRUM" from the Project Management Institute Houston and "Usar la metodología Lean" from the Project Management Institute. Furthermore, in May 2020, they acquired the "Liderazgo con innovación" certification from LinkedIn.
