Mike Pangonilo

Mike Pangonilo has over 17 years of experience in the IT industry. Mike currently works at Afni Philippines Inc. as the Director of Information Technology Operations. Prior to that, they held positions at Concentrix as an Associate Director of IT Operations and as a Senior IT Manager, overseeing the IT operations of multiple BPO sites and managing a team of 30+ individuals. Before joining Concentrix, they worked at Convergys Singapore Holdings as an IT Manager and later as a Sr. Associate in Network Services, where they supervised IT teams, supported system continuity for thousands of users, and led a successful enterprise automation project. Mike also has experience working at eTelecare Global Solutions, Inc. as a Technical Support Representative, providing troubleshooting and support for hardware and software-related issues.

Mike Pangonilo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Saint Louis University (PH) from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, they have acquired various certifications, including ITIL® 4 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2023, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals and Career Essentials in Generative AI from Microsoft in 2023, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals in 2022, Basic Occupational Safety and Health from DOLE in 2018, and Managing and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows 2003 Environment from Microsoft in 2008.
