Kassim Bouhou serves as the Head of International Cooperation at AFPA since 2022. Previously, Kassim held the position of Head of Strategic Projects at Quantmetry, a pioneering AI consulting firm, from 2021 to 2022. During a tenure as Head of Global Affairs at ChangeNOW from 2019 to 2021, contributions included scaling up events and developing strategic partnerships. Kassim worked with the United Nations as an Expert for the Security Council from 2016 to 2019, focusing on migration routes and human trafficking in Libya. Prior experience includes leadership roles at the Ministère des Armées, where responsibilities spanned strategic partnerships in the Middle East and the Gulf region. Kassim holds a PhD in International Relations from Université Sorbonne Nouvelle and multiple degrees in leadership, business development, and American politics from esteemed institutions.
