Lilian Mutesi

Lilian Mutesi currently serves as the People & Organization Development Lead at Africa Improved Foods, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this, Lilian Mutesi was the Deputy Head of Human Resources at I&M Bank (Rwanda) Plc from August 2017 to August 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing learning and performance management and leading the development of comprehensive training programs, including the I&M e-learning platform. Additional experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant at ContourGlobal and as an Administrative & Assistant Accountant at Whitefield Enterprises Ltd. Lilian Mutesi holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Science and Logistics Management from Mount Kenya University and is currently pursuing an MBA in Business Administration and Management at the University of East London.
