Sunita Pitamber

Sunita Pitamber is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development finance and policy advisory roles, currently serving as a Senior Policy Advisor at the African Development Bank Group since October 2024. Prior to this role, Sunita held various positions at the EBRD as Associate Director of Human Capital Inclusion, as well as at Savana E Enseadas and the African Union, where contributions included strategic development for women in infrastructure and resource mobilization. Sunita's prior tenure at the African Development Bank Group saw leadership in human capital, youth employment, and special programs in fragile states. Educational achievements include a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Bremen, an MBA from Ball State University, and a B.B.A. from Ahfad University for Women, underscoring a strong foundation in business administration and economic development.
