In 2018, they started their career as a Pharmacy Assistant at Shoppers Drug Mart, where they gained knowledge and skills in pharmaceutical services. Tala also volunteered as a Swim School Volunteer at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital, showcasing their dedication to helping others.
