Abdoul Joel

Abdoul Joel has extensive experience in procurement and logistics. Abdoul worked as the Procurement and Logistics Director at African Parks Network, where they supervised the procurement process, ensured compliance with purchasing rules, and optimized purchases. Prior to this, they were the Procurement & Logistics Manager at Folkekirkens Nødhjælp (DanChurchAid), where they were responsible for procurement planning and tender management. Abdoul also worked as a Supply Responsible at UNICEF and a Deputy Coordinator Supply Chain at Médecins Sans Frontières Suisse (MSF). Abdoul has knowledge in asset control and inventory management from their role as a Warehouse Assistant at MONUSCO. Abdoul gained experience in supply and logistics planning as a Senior Procurement Officer and a Supply Chain Procurement Officer at the International Rescue Committee. Prior to that, they obtained a Diplôme de Graduat in Gestion et Administration from Universite Ouverte (CIDEP) during 2005-2009. In addition, Abdoul Joel has received several certifications including FIELD Procurement and FIELD Warehousing from Save the Children in 2022, Attestation de Capacite from Institut Bioforce in 2016, and Field Logistics in Emergency from REDR UK in 2015. Abdoul also has a certification in Fleet Excellence Training, although the institution and year of attainment are not specified.
