The Management team at African Parks Network is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the overall operations and strategic direction of the organization. This includes managing commercial development, marketing, human resources, business intelligence, and research and development initiatives. The team ensures efficient park management, drives enterprise growth, and fosters collaborations with governments and local communities to support conservation efforts across the 19 national parks and protected areas.
