Fredrik Persson

Fredrik Persson is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience in management consulting and human resources. Currently serving as Vice President & Head of HR for both the AFRY Management Consulting Division and the Process Industries Division since May 2019, Fredrik previously held various senior HR roles at ÅF from 2014 to May 2019, including VP HR & Communication for ÅF Industry. Prior experience includes management consulting at PwC Sweden, HR management at AB Svenska Bostäder, and a significant period at Volvo Car Corporation where multiple HR leadership roles were undertaken. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Gothenburg, supplemented by specialized training at ÅF Academy and PwC Advisory University.
