Arinze Okonkwo has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Arinze is currently the Head of Customer Success for AfterShip, where they are responsible for the retention and growth of the business in the Americas and EU regions. Prior to this, Arinze held various customer success roles at Salesforce, including Director, Customer Success and Senior Manager, Customer Success, where they led high-performing teams and managed a multi-million dollar book of business across numerous industry verticals. Arinze also served as the Head of Customer Experience at Jumia Group, where they scaled and led a large service organization and focused on delivering exceptional customer service. Earlier in their career, Arinze held positions at Oracle, SAP, Deloitte, WDM Limited, and Computershare, gaining experience in customer success, advisory, and technology consulting roles. Arinze has a track record of successfully scaling CS organizations, driving customer adoption and expansion, and fostering strong customer relationships.

Arinze Okonkwo holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology. Arinze also completed a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Postgraduate degree in Engineering and Technology Management from the University of the West of England. Additionally, they obtained the Trailhead Ranger certification from Salesforce in 2023.
