Bryce Kershner

Bryce Kershner is an Associate Director, Credit at AgAmerica based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Bryce joined the AgAmerica team in March 2021. His extensive experience in finance and banking combined with his education provides him with the knowledge and skills to build the best financial solutions for farmers, ranchers, and rural landowners.

Bryce earned his Bachelor of Science in finance from James Madison University. Prior to joining AgAmerica, he spent over a decade with Bank of America, starting his career in corporate finance. He contributed profitability and expense management skills to many areas of the company including Wealth Management, Digital Strategies, Consumer Channels, Global Commercial Banking, and Corporate Treasury. One of his most notable accomplishments while at Bank of America was being part of the team that delivered the first “Stress Test” results to the Federal Reserve as a result of the Great Recession. From 2016 to 2021, Bryce worked within the commercial banking sales division, including as a Relationship Manager, where he developed strong relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.

In his current role at AgAmerica, Bryce works directly with farmers, ranchers, and rural landowners to understand their unique operations and goals on a holistic level to deliver optimal financial solutions. By using his strong financial knowledge, Bryce analyzes operational strengths and inherent risks facing farmers to develop solutions to best support their ongoing success and resilience.
