Callie Jones is a Client Relations Manager at AgAmerica Lending, joining the team in January 2021. She holds a bachelor’s degree in animal science with minors in horticulture as well as agricultural communications and journalism from Texas A&M University.
She strived to further her agricultural knowledge in college as an active member in various ag organizations, such as the American National Cattlewomen, Texas Cattlewomen, Texas Aggie Cattlewomen, and Texas A&M Dairy Science Club, and Sigma Alpha Sorority. She gained even more firsthand experience in the world of agriculture through internships with the American National Cattlewomen, the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, the San Antonio Livestock Exposition, and the U. S. Dairy Education and Training Consortium. She earned certifications in Texas and New Mexico Beef Quality Assurance certificates and Masters of Beef Advocacy certificate. In addition to her school courses and various internships, Callie was a puppy raiser for Guide Dogs for the Blind, where she trained assistance dogs to encourage a world of greater inclusion and independence for blind individuals.
In 2019, Callie attended the U.S. Beef Academy, where she expanded skills in food safety, genetics and production methods, global beef markets, supply and demand, animal health and welfare, immune function, current technologies, genomics, environmental influences, and more.
As a Client Relations Manager at AgAmerica, Callie utilizes her encompassing ag experience to support clients in reaching their operational goals. She is a people person through and through, with an infectious love for agriculture and a passion for helping others succeed in the industry. From Callie’s personal family background to her comprehensive ag education, her clients can rest assured they are being supported by an advocate for the industry who is dedicated to a thriving future for American agriculture.
