Varghese N. Ouseph has a significant amount of experience in research and development in the field of in-vitro diagnostics. Varghese N. started their career as a Sales and Service Engineer at Agappe Diagnostics Ltd in 2001 and worked their way up to become Vice President of Research and Development, where they led a team of researchers and scientists in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering state-of-the-art diagnostic technologies and devices. During their tenure at Agappe Diagnostics, they also served as the Associate Vice President and General Manager. Prior to Agappe Diagnostics, Varghese worked as an R&D Engineer Trainee at Eddy Current Controls (India) Ltd, where they contributed to the development of cutting-edge technologies in the field of eddy current controls. Varghese N. also has experience as a Guest Lecturer at Govt. Polytechnic College, where they delivered engaging lectures and designed instructional materials to enhance students' learning experiences.

Varghese N. Ouseph has a diverse education history. Varghese N. obtained a Certificate in Data Science Foundation (CDF) from Accredian in 2021-2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Embedded Systems from Anna University between 2017 and 2019. Further back, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from the University of Madras from 1997 to 2000. Additionally, they received a Diploma in Engineering in Electronics Engineering from the Department of Technical Education Kerala from 1992 to 1995.

Apart from formal education, Varghese has also acquired additional certifications. Varghese N. completed a course titled "Getting Started in User Experience" from LinkedIn in June 2021. Moreover, they have undergone training in Product Design and System Engineering as well as Design Thinking Reliability Engineering. Additionally, they have participated in numerous online courses to further enhance their knowledge and skills.
