Monica Burton

Monica Burton is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in executive coaching and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Team Lead for AGB Search Executive Coaching and Principal at AGB Search, LLC since January 2020, Monica has previously held significant roles including Partner at Odgers Berndtson and Consultant at Witt/Kieffer. Notably, Monica was Board Treasurer for KEIGWIN AND COMPANY, INC., overseeing the financial integrity of a prominent modern dance troupe. Prior experience includes positions at Korn Ferry as Client Partner and at Burton Moyar as President. Education includes a BS in French/Government from Georgetown University and additional studies at Sciences Po and Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies.
