Cory Landers

Cory Landers is currently the Head of Global Operational Excellence at AGC Biologics, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Cory served at Zoetis Inc. from July 2012 to January 2023, advancing to Director of Global Operational Excellence while also taking on the interim Site Leader role during a critical acquisition integration. Responsibilities included oversight of production, supply chain, and logistics, along with managing financial KPIs and budgets. Cory's earlier experience at Zoetis included roles as Global Operational Excellence Leader and EHS/Process Engineering Manager, focusing on regulatory compliance and process reliability. Before Zoetis, Cory worked at Rexnord as Thomas Value Stream Manager and EHS Engineer. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Auburn University.
