Ryan Daly

Ryan Daly, M.S. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ryan started their career as an Automotive Repair Technician at West Fargo Car Clinic in 2006. In 2003, they joined Tires Plus Total Car Care as an Automotive Diagnostician, where they focused on providing quality service, inventory management, and customer retention. In 2012, Ryan worked as an intern at Midwest Motor Express, where they assisted with projects including cost-benefit analysis and data analysis.

Ryan then transitioned to roles at West Fargo Car Clinic, where they served as a Lead Automotive Diagnostician and later as a member of the management team. Ryan implemented Total Quality Management and focused on customer satisfaction and process improvement.

In 2013, Ryan joined North Dakota State University as a Graduate Research Assistant, where they contributed to market analysis and collaborated in team projects. Ryan then moved to Border States in 2014, where they held positions as a Marketing Business Intelligence Associate and later as a Data and Segment Analyst. Ryan completed DataCamp's Python Track and R Track in 2017 and 2018 respectively, gaining expertise in these programming languages. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from Coursera, including Deep Learning Specialization, Sequence Models, Convolutional Neural Networks, Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization, Neural Networks and Deep Learning, and Structuring Machine Learning Projects, all completed between July and August 2019.
