Melisa Hankins is a seasoned professional in customer success and instructional technology with significant experience in educational settings. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Age of Learning since January 2023, Melisa designs engagement strategies to enhance customer usage and advocates for customer needs across the organization.
