Julius Osorio

Julius Osorio's work experience includes various roles in the senior living industry and fast-food industry. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at McDonald's as a Shift Manager, where they gained management experience and received two promotions within their first year of employment. From 2014 to 2018, Julius worked at Wildwood Canyon Villa Assisted Living and Memory Care, starting as an Executive Assistant and progressing to Assistant Director and then Office Manager. In these roles, they demonstrated strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and improved hiring procedures. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Compass Senior Living as an Administrator, specializing in revitalizing culturally challenged communities and increasing employee and client satisfaction. Since 2021, Julius has been working at Oakmont Senior Living as a Regional Operations Specialist, and starting in 2023, they will serve as the Regional Director of Operations at Agemark Senior Living.
