Dirk De Man

Dirk De Man is an experienced finance executive currently serving as a Board Member at Penny Black since January 2023 and as Chief Financial Officer at Agfa since February 2018. In addition, Dirk has held the position of Managing Director at Consiglium since August 2016, where advisory and management services are provided to enhance shareholder or lender value, notably executing the sale of the Pelican Rouge Group to KKR-owned Selecta Group.
