Carol Schroedle started their work experience in 1995 as a Payroll Manager at Adventist Midwest Health. Carol supervised a staff of three and was responsible for processing multiple payrolls and accounts payable. Carol also handled tasks such as calculating quarterly incentive bonuses, recording payroll journal entries, and preparing financial statements. Carol worked at Adventist Midwest Health until March 2002.

In 2003, Carol Schroedle joined AG Financial Solutions as a Payroll Administrator/Wellness Coordinator. Carol'sresponsibilities included facilitating all aspects of payroll in ADP, maintaining the ezLaborManager system, and working with the HR team to streamline workflow. In April 2015, they were promoted to Director of Human Resources, where they directed and coordinated all personnel-related activities, advised department leadership on best practices, and formulated policies. Carol is currently employed in this role.

Carol later went on to study Business Administration and Management, General at Labette Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree. In terms of additional certifications, they received an HR Certificate from MDI Management Development Institute in 2010. Carol also obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 2010 and the Certified Payroll Professional certification from the American Payroll Association in December 2009.
