Clare Partridge

Clare Partridge has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Clare most recently served as the Head of Health & Safety at Aggregate Industries UK, starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at ISG as the Divisional H&S Lead for High Tech Manufacturing from October 2022 to March 2023. In their role at Vanderlande, starting in February 2020 until October 2022, they held various positions including Head of HSEQ UK, SQE Manager - WP, and SQE Advisor. Clare has also worked at EnQuest as a Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor from July 2012 to May 2015, Petrofac as a Medic/HSEC from May 2008 to July 2012, Carnival Cruise Lines as a Lead Nurse from December 2005 to January 2008, and Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust in different nursing roles from October 2001 to December 2005.

Clare Partridge obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) degree in Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment from the University of Greenwich between 2013 and 2015. From 1998 to 2001, Clare attended Homerton College, Cambridge School of Health Studies, where they received a Registered General Nurse diploma (RNDipHe) specializing in Adult Health Nursing.
