Al Bukys

Al Bukys is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in program and portfolio management. Since March 2010, Al has served as Associate VP of Program and Portfolio Management at Agilent Technologies while also holding the position of Vice President of Engineering at Seahorse Bioscience, overseeing the design of the XF Product family. Prior to these roles, Al was the Director of Engineering at Aushon BioSystems, leading the development of advanced microarray printing platforms. Al's career includes significant contributions at Affymetrix as Sr Staff Engineer and Manager of Image Analysis, where innovative techniques for laser scanning systems were developed. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at GSI Group and engineering work at Raytheon. Al holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
