John Low is the Associate VP, Managing Counsel for IP & Commercial Litigation at Agilent Technologies. With a focus on patent and technology-based litigation, John has successfully represented clients in diverse matters, including molecular diagnostics and digital multimedia. Previously, John served as a Partner at McDermott Will & Emery and as an Attorney at Howrey LLP. John earned a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center, in addition to a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and a B.S. in Biology from the University of Houston.
