Yijing Chen

Yijing Chen is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in transformation and program management in the manufacturing and supply chain sectors. Currently serving as Director of the Transformation & Program Management Office at Agilent Technologies, Yijing drives inclusion and collaboration among over 1,400 employees across multiple factories globally, while leading strategic initiatives to enhance operational resilience. Previous roles include spearheading diversity and inclusion efforts in Singapore, implementing global supply chain transformations at Syngenta, and advising on ERP solutions at BearingPoint. Yijing's educational background includes a Master's degree in Power System and its Automation from Zhejiang University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, complemented by certification as a Process Manager.
