Holly Cardinali

Holly Cardinali is an experienced leader in the fragrance and personal care industry, currently serving as the Director of Sales at Agilex Fragrances since July 2021. Prior roles include Business Development Manager at CPL Aromas, R&D Director at French Color & Fragrance, and Director of Product Deployment at Johnson & Johnson, where leadership in commercialization and technical transfer was key. Holly’s early career includes significant positions at Firmenich and Unilever, where responsibilities ranged from managing sales and driving innovation to overseeing large teams in product development. Holly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
